
Cherry Tomato and Black Olive Penne

Ingredients
- Toscana Tomato & Basil Penne
- 20g pitted black olives
- 5-6 cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Chop cherry tomatoes and black olives.
- 2. On medium heat in a small sized saucepan gently stir the black olives and cherry tomatoes for 2-3 minutes. Season with black pepper.
- 3. Meanwhile warm up Toscana Tomato & Basil Penne in the microwave following instructions on the pack.
- 4. Once ready, put the penne on the plate, top with black olives and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with fresh basil.
