
Chicken and Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients
- Toscana Mushroom Risotto
- 100g chicken fillets
- Fresh parsley
- Grated cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt, pepper
Instructions
- 1. Dice chicken fillet.
- 2. On high heat in a medium sized frying pan gently sauté the chicken fillet pieces for 1 minute each side until golden brown, reduce the heat and sauté until warm and golden. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Meanwhile warm up Toscana Mushroom Risotto in the microwave following instructions on the pack.
- 4. Once ready, put the risotto on the plate, top with golden brown chicken pieces. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and grated cheese.
