
Prawn and Vegetable Risotto

Ingredients
- Toscana Vegetable Risotto
- 60g cooked prawns
- Fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. On medium heat in a small sized frying pan gently sauté the prawns for 2-3 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile warm up Toscana Vegetable Risotto in the microwave following instructions on the pack.
- 3. Once ready, put the risotto on the plate, top with prawns. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
